Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
2. 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT services.
3. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
4. Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier remote support for issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VPN, VDI, and security applications.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to support emails with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing irate or escalated customer issues with empathy and patience.
• Provide accurate product and service-related information.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to relevant supervisors or specialized teams.
• Document all interactions according to organizational SOPs.
• Analyze customer concerns, identify recurring issues, and report trends to the management.
• Develop SOPs for new issues and resolutions provided.
• Accurately complete call logs and periodic reports.

Core Skills Required:

• Strong background in technical support and remote troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Windows OS, Citrix, Outlook, Teams, VPN, etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels (calls, emails, tickets).
• Strong documentation and customer service skills.
